Camera Surveillance

The camera surveillance industry has been growing and evolving so fast over the past few years.  With the improvement of cell phone technology, there is so much we can do with a camera surveillance package.  At Security Group, we can install everything from basic residential camera packages (easily tied into your alarm system), to large industrial camera packages overlooking parking lots and warehouses. With access to the internet, all of our camera packages can be seen off site from basically any computer or smart phone.  These applications are easy to download and use once we have done the initial set up.  We strive to install the equipment that is going to fit the needs of your business or home and give you the best pictures available within a budget that is affordable.  Our camera manufacturers are always giving us updates on the latest products available, in an effort to help provide the clearest images with the best resolution. We always support the camera surveillance systems we install, so please call us if you need help or with any questions when using your camera system.

Monitoring Services

SentryNet began it's life as Central Monitoring Service in 1987. SentryNet provides our customers with a live central station around the clock. To top that off both stations are UL/FM certified and have the required generators to keep all the computers up and running in the event of power loss. All SentryNet operators are SIA certified.   NetConnect allows you to access your alarm data from SentryNet - day or night - via any Internet connection. The site is secure and encrypted so you can be assured that your information is protected. Plus with our mobile apps you are able to have the power of NetConnect in the palm of your hand! Download our SentryNet SNapp application for your mobile device today.   Two Way Voice, provides home and business owners with hands-free communication with the central station in the event of an emergency. It also helps the central station to verify and reduce false alarms while making communication to the premise much faster. That's because we are not forced to place another call to the premise to establish initial communication. When a typical alarm system activates, an alarm transmission is sent to the central station's receiver. The receiver accepts the information, does a "hand shake", then hangs up. We then place a phone call back to the house to try and reach someone in an attempt to verify the status of the alarm - whether or not it is false. This phone call is often met with a busy signal as the alarm system is dialing our central station again to give another signal or the home owner is trying to call us. In contrast, when a VR1 system sends in it's initial digital alarm signal, it does not disconnect from the central station. It maintains that communication line and then switches to audio, so that we may communicate immediately into the home without the need for another phone call. Now someone can be "there" with you until the authorities arrive.

Alarm Systems

With our state of the art alarm systems, as a business owner, you now have the ability to have complete control and oversight of what is going on at your business when you are not there. From burglar alarms and fire detection to live opening and closing alerts, remote access to your business has never been easier. You can add various details about the project like the client, provider, date when the project was done and the URL to the project. Image used can be set for each portfolio and can be found under featured image number 2. It should be 610px wide but can be of any height. If it is wider it will be cut (by TimThumb) so aspect ratio is not changed. At Security Group, we use Honeywell’s latest equipment in burglar alarm monitoring systems.  Honeywell has been a leader in the burglar alarm industry for decades, and is constantly making an effort to keep up with today’s technological advances.  With services like home automation and Total Connect, an alarm system has never been more convenient and easy to use. Some of the many devices that can be connected to your alarm system include:
  • Door contacts
  • Motion detectors
  • Hold Up Buttons
  • Smoke & Heat detectors
  • CO2 Sensors
  • High/Low Temperature sensors
  • Wireless Keychain remotes
  • Medical Pendants (for elderly & handicapped individuals)
  • Flood detectors
  • And NOW camera surveillance can become one with your alarm system!
